4. Payment

Fees, billing cycles and cancellation terms are set out in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

Marketing results vary based on market, pricing, capacity and sales execution. Any performance commitments will be stated explicitly in your written agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVAC Velocity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
